St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Greendale, is seeking a part-time (10 hours/week) High School Ministry Lead to help our congregation connect with and minister to our high schoolers, and extend that ministry into the wider community. 

We are looking for an energetic and mission-minded individual—a committed Christian—who feels called to share God’s grace, particularly with senior high youth. This role is about more than programs—it’s about building relationships, nurturing faith, and being a steady, grace-filled presence in the lives of young people. The right candidate will bring creativity, compassion, and a heart for walking alongside teens in their faith journeys.

Our congregation loves its youth, and the ministry is supported by a committed church community, along with a Director of Youth and Family Ministry.  We are growing, and need someone who wants to grow with us!
